Father’s day was celebrated at Santiniketan Public School on 17.06.2019. This day celebrated the Fathers and honored the father figures in one’s life. This was an occasion to express gratitude towards one’s father for all their love and support. Activities based on theme such as card making and poetry writing was conducted to express their unconditional love towards their fathers.

The students implied all their creativity to express their emotions in words. Added to it, Poster making grabbed the attention of all eyes. Posters were engraved with words such as “The Greatest Gift I Ever Had Come from God – I CALL HIM DAD”, “DAD, You are a BATMAN, SUPER MAN, IRON MAN, THE HULK” exemplified that the fathers are the first heroes for their children. The day ended with the children singing Father’s Day Song with heartwarming expression to make their fathers feel special. “Blind Fold” and “Passing the bucket”.
