World Photography Day is observed worldwide on 19th August 2019. It was the most awaited day for the students of Santiniketan Public School. In the world, where billions of Photographs are uploaded every hour, this day inspires many young photographers to disseminate their ideas.

The children were asked to take photographs based on the theme ‘Go Green’. They buzzed around the garden to capture their shot. They also used editing techniques and added colorization in order to refine their photographs. The printed portraits were aligned skillfully and were displayed in the notice board. The best photographs were rewarded with bonus of five points and were credited to their team competitions.
