INTERNATIONAL DAY FOR PREVENTING THE EXPLOITATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN WAR AND ARMED CONFLICT.

          Santiniketan Public School observed the celebration of International Day for Preventing the Exploitation of Environment in War and Armed conflict on November 6, 2019. Mr. Pandi a military veteran was the guest speaker of the day. In his speech he threw light on armed conflicts and their consequences. He also reiterated the importance of world peace. Students with great interest listened to his speech and took a vow that they will render their responsibility towards World Peace. It was followed by a dance and a skit, which was themed on the same.The performance of the students with high spirited patriotism enthralled the audience with the same spirit. The day ended with honoring of the Chief Guest followed by the National Anthem.
